Safety is always our number one concern in Edgerton Service & Equipment operations. We employ approximately 40 people who are the backbone of our services. friendly, hardworking and dependable. We place an extreme emphasis on safety and strive to have a safe working environment for all of our employees. We take pride in our work force by giving them all the information and training they need to do their job safely and efficiently. To achieve these goals we take the following steps:
- Safety Meetings first thing daily — (Job Specific)
- Weekly Safety Training: Wednesday mornings — (General Safety – Job Related Hazards with Field Input)
- Quarterly Safety Training with CS Consulting of Casper, WY.
- Job Safety Analysis for each project
- H2S Training
- Maintaining Hot Work Permits
- First Aid and CPR Training
- OSHA Training
- ISNetworld Verification and Rating
We use ISNetworld for verification and rating and we have an A rating across the board.
We are members of PEC Premier Safety and our rating is “Preferred” vendor.
